The Integration - PureEngage plugin needs to be activated to ensure campaigns and call list names are available to link Workflows to in the Design module. It has no further configuration in itself, with all configuration being handled by the service.
1) Click on the menu button, select the Admin module, and then Plugins:
2) Select the Integration - PureEngage item:
3) Click on the Activate button. Once activated, a "play" icon will appear next to the name in the plugin list, and the button will change to be red and say "Deactivate":
